The Story

About Bogdan

He highlighted his life experience, dreams, imagination, vision of a better world and a better planet — his Wovi planet — in his computer drawings, works with tempera, felt-tip pens, wooden paints with clay, installations and all the artistic techniques he studied as a very small child.

His mentors Gordana Milovanovic, Nenad Bracic, and Tereza Stamenkovic agree that even though Bogdan has not graduated from the Fine Arts Academy, he has his own artistic language of expression. His exhibitions are considered national projects of significance.

"He does not know how to tie shoelaces, however, he builds exceptional installations with mature and clear messages that are a warning to humanity."

Bogdan's works are authentic, created in the breath — a reflection of his mind, perception of the world, experience of the environment and a vision of a better cosmos in which good will defeat evil. He dreams about it like every genius with some tragedy.

There is no egocentrism in his work, more anthropocentrism, and we admire him for that. It's hard to stay humble and be a man in a crowd of people. He succeeded both as an artist and as a man.
